The Founder and Director

Born in France of parents  from Port Gentil, Gabon, the manager of Stralter has been an actor involved in development matters for more than 17 years. Professional and experienced, he is also self-educated to a certain extent. As an African European, his skills serve his passion for these issues.

 We deal preferably with:

- Women*
- Isolated farmers
- Cooperative and producer groups
- Private or public institutions wishing to make good use of their national organizations and resources
- The operators involved in the development of South-South trade
- Food processors

*Women are counterparts when fighting under development: we leverage their place in African economy to confirm the efficiency of our solutions, implementing them in the virtuous circle they are asked to create and should benefit from.

Adding value and fairness to African rural activities

From conception to completion, any human adventure follows a process punctuated by successive steps. In the case of an "agrifood project" at any time, our services are designed to keep or recover full control of its evolution, better understand its environment, help project managers adapt their strategies to achieve success.

Too often, the performance of an agricultural project only means increased production. Though, how people absorbed in that task on thousands of acres can face distribution issues and sell production surplus?

Many operators work without having done any upstream market research, without knowing which partner to deal with, under what conditions or how to organize logistics.

Our solutions are designed to add value to each resource, whether human, tangible, financial or cultural.

Alternative strategies

Most of the African population depends on agriculture, women constitute the most active group. Using modern and traditional methods, our approach is to support them whenever they intend to switch from basic and productivist agriculture to more development-oriented and valuable agroindustry.

We promote self-sufficiency, help prevent the depletion of fossil resources, participate to welfare improvement, fight against rural depopulation.

Expertise clarifies issues and allows skills transfer. Close to "Lean Management", we aim to create synergies between customer needs, our services and efficient strategies built together for your markets.
